Paul Fraser (2008 SMCC) will be attending the California Institute of the Arts this autumn to pursue an MFA in Composition. Paul is a composer, keyboardist, and electronic musician based out of Minneapolis, MN. Like many of his contemporaries, his music has been heavily influenced by modern pop genres, but tends to be shorter in length than typical contemporary music, with an emphasis on rhythmic complexity. Lately, his musical style has been programmatic and focused on timbre experimentation.
