Max has dedicated his new string trio to the memory of Karen Aim, the young Orkney woman who died tragically in New Zealand earlier this year. We had already programmed Mahler's beautiful and consolatory Kindertotenlieder as part of this programme.  We hope that the concert as a whole will provide a fitting tribute.
