The Giant Magnus Parade

, Start Time: 20:30, End Time: 21:30 St Magnus Cathedral Broad Street, Kirkwall KW15 1NX

The performance in the Cathedral will be followed by a colourful musical procession through the streets led by a giant puppet St Magnus, bringing together the talents of school children from across Orkney with Emergency Exit Arts. The procession will begin beside the Earl’s Palace and make its way to the harbour where Viking paper boats with wishes for the future will be sent out to sea.
