Join a tour of the Orkney mainland and a variety of garden spaces.  One of the Festival themes this year is ‘peace and reconciliation’ and where better to explore this than in the outdoors and in garden spaces.  From the newly restored Papdale Walled Garden to the enchanting Woodwick House with its mysterious Doocot and Happy Valley, the life’s work of Edwin Harrold in the valley near Stenness.  Visual art installations combine with live music performances and costumed characters in each garden to provide an absorbing afternoon.

Ticket price includes bus to transport audience between the three venues.

The first performance starts at 14.00 in Papdale Walled Garden. Bus will leave from near Papdale Walled Garden after the first performance and take the audience to Happy Valley, Woodwick House and Gardens, and return to Papdale Walled Garden after the last performance. Ticket price also includes light refreshments of tea and cakes along the way.
