Material signed by an author’s name does not necessarily reflect the opinion of St Magnus International Festival as a whole. 4. St Magnus International Festival Services and Products
All products and services mentioned in this site are subject to availability and are available at the sole discretion of St Magnus International Festival. St Magnus International Festival reserves the right to refuse admission and to change or cancel the advertised programme. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable pause in the programme. Photos, videos and recording are not permitted. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified St Magnus International Festival from and against all claims, damages, expenses, costs and liabilities arising in any manner from your entry to and use of the site other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. Law and Jurisdiction
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
7. Rules and Regulations
Occasionally within the site you may find other rules or terms relating to specific material which may conflict with or contradict these terms and conditions. These could be rules for competitions, specific download requirements, or ticket offers, for example. If there is any conflict then the rules or terms relating to specific material will win out over the more general terms and conditions.
All tickets booked at St Magnus International Festival are subject to standard terms and conditions. When purchasing tickets you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
- The management reserves the right to cancel a performance without prior notice due to exceptional circumstances which may be out of our control. In such instances ticket holders will be offered an alternative performance or a refund.
- Latecomers will only be admitted when there is an appropriate break in the performance.
- Concession tickets may be subject to proof of status.
- The use of photographic equipment and video cameras is prohibited during performances.
- Mobile phones must be switched off during the performance.
